NativePath provides React Native learning, practical tasks, gamification, AI assistance, Pro features and app development request flows.

Users are responsible for account security, accurate contact information and lawful content submitted to tasks, AI tools or forms.

Courses, lessons, text, illustrations, validation rules and solutionCode belong to NativePath or are lawfully used inside the platform.

XP, achievements, badges, inventory and leaderboard status are product gamification mechanics and have no monetary value unless explicitly stated.

Pro access and AI credits may be subject to limits, entitlement checks and anti-abuse controls. We may restrict access for fraud, self-referral or payment circumvention.

AI responses are learning support, not a guarantee of correctness, employment, production code safety or business outcomes.

Submitting an MVP or consulting request is not a contract. Scope, price, timeline, deliverables and rights are agreed separately in an offer or contract.
